I have bought some tires through this location on west street and have had nothing but exceptional service! I work right down the street and had a R&R employee named Jessie come in to me work of place unfortunately, I wasn’t un able to help her with her request, but on the other hand, I’d stopped her on her way out and asked her about my remaining balance of my tires. She had asked for my name and number and that she would get back to me as soon as possible with some answers to all the multiple questions I had! Now remember she was NOT on the clock! Thank you Jessie for going up and above what your asked to do!

We were just across the street when we noticed the tire was very low and I suggested we don't go very far to get it aired up. They checked our tire and found out there was a small nail causing the leakage. The fact that they we're able to patch the hole completely free of charge made a difference to a family of five who is in the middle of financial struggles. May God bless your shop!
