I noticed a slow leak in one of my tires on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. RNR was one of the tire repair places nearby still open so I decided to take a chance. I’m so glad I did!! Even though they were about to close for the day and I felt horrible about delaying the start of their Christmas, the guys were so friendly and gracious enough to still look at my tire. They found a small nail in my tire, and not only repaired it, but did so at no charge as an early Merry Christmas! This absolutely made my day and I will definitely give them my service in the future! Merry Christmas to these amazing guys for saving the day!
This is the best Tire service center we have ever experienced! They pulled an 11 mm wrench out of my daughter’s tire that was fully submerged. We expected to have to pay for it to be fixed or repaired. They were honest and repaired it with no problem! Despite the holiday season they were as quick as possible which we appreciate. We will definitely be return customers! Customer service matters to us and they definitely met our expectations!
I will definitely be coming back here in the future. I walked in and told them that I had a tire that will not hold pressure. I said I think there is a slow leak, and I probably need a new tire. They said it is probably something minor they can fix. Turns out, it was just a small hole that they patched up. They didn't even charge me! They could have easily took advantage and told me I needed a new tire and made extra money. I wouldn't have known the difference. They are honest, professional, and made me feel at home.
