Awesome service! Fast and I believe they resolved my issue. Also did a couple things for free, which was awesome. I’ll definitely be back! If you go to southern tire mart, don’t. They muffed up my new tire installation royally, from not balancing tires correctly to leaving lug nuts off each of the rims and let me drive home life that. STM’s service has gone waaaay down hill. Happy to have found a more reliable, customer-first tire shop that took care of me, my issues, did it for free (that’s the best way to get a first time customer back), and did it all in less than an hour. STM made me wait 2 hours just to get into the bay, and then messed up on multiple fronts. Good job R&R! I’ll be back and I’ll also be sending friends and family your way. I believe the fella that helped me was named Reese (I’m terrible with names, so hopefully I got that right). Appreciate you guys and your fast and excellent service.
