At the end of negotiations I got the products that I wanted and at a price and payment plan I am happy with. I left the store satisfied with my new set of tires & wheels. Unfortunately only a few hours later I was involved in a minor traffic accident that wasn't my fault but it still resulted in having one of my tires destroyed and damaged two of my brand new rims. I called the roadside assistance number that RNR provided me with the day before and without a hitch they had my vehicle towed back to the store. They quickly assessed the damage and were able to get my tire & wheel problems resolved quickly. Soon they had me back on the road again without any hassles. I am very pleased that I was told about your store and will recommend RNR to others I know. There personel attention, friendliness, professionalism and hassle free service team are second to none. My problems were handled very quickly and professionally without adding to my stress. I had a very great experience with all the people working there at RNR. The way that I was treated by them have made me as a customer for life.
