Approximately 3 weeks or so I think around Father’s Day. I called RNR EXPRESS 703 THOMAS ROAD in WEST MONROE. I spoke with the sales rep Ty which was very much courteous, knowledgeable, informative.Later, that same day I drove from Monroe to their place of establishment. After a face to face conversation, I decided to purchase 4 tires. However, I was taken away for another matter to handle.
Ty was very helpful and attentive. I started out texting him after I requested a quote about a month prior to me actually being ready to start the process and he checked in from time to time on my status. He has great customer service. I don't remember the guy's name that did the final steps for the paperwork but he was both professional and easygoing and it was appreciated.
