I had such amazing customer service today at RNR. Eric was my sales rep that assisted me with being able to afford all 4 tires being replaced today. The service was quick & the staff was extremely professional. Before leaving Chris went over everything again with me so that I completely understand all that Eric explained & I left there feeling like a huge burden was taken off my shoulders. 4 young girls in the car and a nail in my tire, after 5 pm on a Friday- I was panicked! RNR was literally about to close, every place else was already closed. I owe many thanks to Eric, who not only put my spare on for me after hours, but was kind and helpful and set me up for all 4 tires to be changed and a free alignment. I avoided a accident and hit a curb that blew out my two right tires. Called r&r Express where I just recently got new tires less than a year ago at the fort Pierce location before the Vero location opened .Chris the manager was very professional sent his tech Guy Joe over to where I parked my car jacked it up took my two rims off went back to the shop replaced my tires came back in lickety split time. Drove to the shop where they had to rotate the two old tires with the new tires on the front and back and sent me on my way all in 3 hours. Their customer service, professionalism and price are top notch if you're looking for a flat to fix or four new tires this is the place to go. True tire specialist.

I just bought 4 new tires and I had a great experience. I specifically worked with Eric when purchasing but from what I saw every person I spoke to was very helpful and had awesome positive attitudes. I originally looked into their financing option and they were very up front about the pricing and break down which I appreciate even though I opted to pay up front. highly recommend!
