Very satisfied customer here. I had a tire that kept going flat on me. I didn't have an appointment but I took a chance and stopped in. The people at this location were very friendly and helpful . Got me in and diagnosed my tires issue fast. They got it fixed and me back on the road so fast. As a single mom with limited time to get things done , I very much appreciated RNR. Thank you Scott!
I used rnr for a set of tires a couple years back and now I’m on a second set with a different vehicle and they have always been so easy to work with and they are definitely worth every penny with the insurance, road side, customer service and payment plans they offer. I appreciate everything this business has done for me. It also helps that the employees are all amazing too.
I drove into RNR Tire Express with two specific problems. Number one was a slowly leaking right rear tire on my wife's car. Number two was the dread of having to do business with a tire repair service that probably wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible with little to no care for the quality of the repair that needed to be done as long as I was serviced, and out 1, 2, 3.Surprise, I was treated like an old friend of the family. After being given a temporary estimate of the cost for the repair, it was done in less time than I thought it would have been. Annnd, the manager of the shop came to talk to me after the repair was completed, saying that the repair took less time than anticipated and the cost would end up being 1/2 of the original estimate. He handed me the key to the car and bid me ado, saying Thank You for coming into our service facilities for you repair.If you find yourself in need of auto repairs, this is the place to go and the people with which to deal.THANK YOU, RNR TIRE EXPRESS ! !
