I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the RnR Tire on South Campbell! I went in to get a new set of wheels and tires for my GMC, and the entire team completely exceeded my expectations. The salespeople were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and helping me find the perfect setup. On top of that, the account manager was a true professional and made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Best of all, they completely respected my time—they got the work done and had me in and out of the shop remarkably fast! If you need wheels or tires in Springfield, look no further. This store is so amazing and I love getting my tires from here, however, their street sign that advertises their business and ads has been playing the same ads since last Labor Day. Apparently they have no control over it as they only have access to turn it off and on. This is super unfortunate as they could be capitalizing that our city will be hosting Route 66 this year and thousands of people will be coming to our city in a couple months. I really hope to see this resolved as I’m sure this is a waste of resources and revenue sitting like this for so long….will it ever get fixed? Please reply!
