My husband and I went to R n R Tires Express in west plains to get new rims and tires for my new Tahoe. We were looking around the store and Sebastian came over to help us and he told us our options and everything. We were able to narrow it down to 3 rim options and I couldn’t decide, then Sebastian offered if I wanted to see the rim on my Tahoe. And I was really? And he said yes. So guys took my Tahoe into the service area and put each rim one at a time onto my vehicle. One of the rims was an absolute no even though I liked the way the rim looked but on my Tahoe it didn’t look as good. So then I asked the guys to let see me see the others on again and I was able to decide fairly quickly. Now, time for tires and Sebastian was able to pick a tire for my wants and needs with no hesitation. Everything was a quick process with Sebastian’s assistance and his knowledge and he really listened to my needs and wants. I have been there many times for tires and not saying those times were bad or anything but this experience was by far the best experience of them all!
