On vacation from NC and had a camper tire go bad close to closing time and called spoke Oseas who was super friendly. He got us in and tire changed in not time when nobody else would even takes us in.
Out of town for Spring break and found out I had 2 nails in my tire. Ramos got me in and out within 2 hrs. Customer service was top tier and everyone was very friendly. All were knowledgeable of the issue.
Maria is definitely the face of this company !! There was a small hiccup after my tires got put on. But when I tell you even right before closing , the guy who came to my rescue literally flew to me changed me to my spare and followed me back to store where they got me in an out in minutes! Everyone even the manager apologized! Wonderful experience! Thanks guys !
I went to to RNR tire with a flat tire 10 minutes before closing yesterday, they took my car in to repair the flat even though it took them past the normal closing time. I would visit them again if the need arises. Great place to do business!
