From the voice on the phone until the service desk and service tech they treated me with the best care kept me updated things were explained well and they made me feel great about my purchase.
We were on vacation when we got a nail in our tire and Jeffery helped us out. He got us in and out very quickly, was super friendly, and now we feel safe driving back home! Amazing customer service from everyone and made what could have been a stressful situation super seamless!
My wife had a balance issue and they discovered a cracked rim. They were very nice to her and helped her out. Nice to know that customer service isn't dead. Great Job guys

Here’s my experience.....I went to this tire store because it was the closest one to my location at the time. My tire was vibrating while I was diving. I literally just wanted them to check the lugnuts to see if they were tight because I recently got 2 new front tires from another place. Long story short....the guys were extremely polite, all of them. After he seen that all the nuts were tight he took off the tire and found the rim was cracked. He ended up taking off all four tires and making sure he put the cracked rim in the back. They didnt charge me a cent. They were going to balance the tire for me in the beginning. I wanted to pay and they said no, to just a review. I gave the guy who worked on the tires some cash and he almost didnt take it. I insisted though. Super super great customer service. I will always rave about this place.
We picked up a nail going out for ice cream the last night of our vacation, and woke up to a flat tire. :( RNR plugged the flat tire, filled it, put it back on the vehicle and got us back on the road in about an hour and a half. Great service, fabulous people, no pressure sales people! highly recommend
