Went on a road trip to Reno from the bay area. On the say we were to return home, i saw my tire had a screw in it. I pulled up and the gentlemen there were all so helpful. My tire was fixed In 30 minutes and I was able to get home safely with no problems. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, but big shout out to Gio for helping me from the very start. Highly recommend this company.

All I can say is...WOW!!! This place took care of me like fam, I've always bought my tires from small local shops and 90% of the times was done dirty with their shady services. 8 months ago some other shop didn't align my truck because they said something was broken and wanted$1,100+ dollars. We'll 8 months later i gave RNR a shot and sure enough my truck wasn't aligned but they fixed the issue for me for the same price they mentioned on my new tires. I am not going to any other place and believe me I'm sending my friends and fam to them.THANK YOU SO SO MUCH RNR, YOU'VE GAINED A NEW CUSTOMER!!!P.S. the youngster in the front counter was really cool, I believe his name is Giovanni.
