My husband and I brought my 2017 Audi Q5 S-line to get tires and possibly wheels (ladies, that means rims I learned). We were met by Greg who quickly knew the look I desired. We bought four new tires and top of the line gently used "wheels." My car now looks like what I see in me: classy, classic, and feminely aggressive all similtaneously. Perfect. As we drove away we noticed a vibration when reaching highway speed. We returned to the store immediately to find the cause. The entire staff responded quickly. The tech, whose name I cannot remember, was polite and thorough and found the problem and handled immediately. They ordered a new tire, and we return Monday to have it replaced.
