This is 2nd time I went to RNR Tire Express. For my tires and Rims. The Eastgate location is very Professional and Courteous. Scott was very good with finding the right rims and tires for my Suv. Angela was kind with getting me checked in to getting me on my way. Highly Recommend.
Kraig and Scott took excellent care of me when my original idea was way to expensive, they took my ideas and narrowed down my choices until I found exactly what I wanted in the price range I was looking for, if your looking for rims and or tires, Kraig and Scott are definitely the people to talk to!

My tires have been paid off for a while, but I forgot to leave a review. I have had two sets of tires from them and every single time I have the best experience. They are super nice and fast. I am needing another set before winter and I will be using them again. I highly suggest this place!
I had bad experiences elsewhere so I decided to give RNR a visit to get new wheels and tires for my car. I could have given them a disappointing review for a couple mistakes that were made, but I won't. As someone who has worked in retail for a long time, I understand that errors occur and miscommunication happens. But what I liked and appreciated was that they corrected their mistake immediately and provided me with exceptional customer service. They could have easily treated me poorly when I returned but they did not. They greeted me with a smile and with integrity, they fixed what occured, and did an amazing job on my car. I brought it back to have the lugnuts tightened and the service was just as excellent. Angela and Scott assisted me over multiple visits and they were kind, professional, and eager to get me exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this location and the team that works here.
