I came to this tire shop because I had a tire leak and wasn’t sure what the issue was. The staff were very helpful. They inspected the tire to see if it needed a patch, and instead they found a crack in the rim. They rotated the tire for me and didn’t even charge for the service. This is true customer service, and I’m very grateful for their help. Will definitely recommend this shop.
The customer service was awesome! The young man who helped me was extremely kind and explained everything to me very thoroughly. I asked a ton of questions and he made sure I felt comfortable with the contract I was signing! I called them before I went and they said they could get me right in and when I got there they helped me immediately!
The guys were very helpful at the shop and even though my exact wheel was not I stock they still went above and beyond to get me set up and up and going again!
