John Hicks, who is the general manager, was super helpful when we picked up a large piece of metal in the side of our tire on nearby Interstate 75. It was near closing time, but John went out of his way to arrange for a pick up of a new tire for first thing the following morning and even found us a place to spend the night with our camper. All he had to do was tell us to return in the morning and we'd go from there but he went way above and beyond that. He was accommodating and caring to us out-of-state travellers. Two thumbs up and five stars! Also they are open later than the other tire places in Marion, good for tire problems after 5 PM.read more
