They did not have my size of tires for my vehicle and ended up putting a bigger size tires on my vehicle. I overheard them helping another customer and made sure this customer got their exact tires from their warehouse. It is unclear if they ever checked the warehouse for my vehicle's size tires. Also, they do not work with other R n R stores if you need assistance. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service provided. If I wasn't obligated to a contract with them, I would give the tires back and drive on used ones just so I wouldn't have to deal with their lack of customer service. I'll never purchase tires through them again.UPDATE: R n R Tires on Admiral did a good job correcting their mistakes. The manager of the store contacted me after my previous review and made sure they replaced my tires with brand new tires that were the correct size for my vehicle. They set up a time for me to drop off my vehicle and also did not charge me extra or add to my current payments for the switch in tires. When I paid off my account, the total cost was decreased. Although my initial experience was not good, I appreciate them correcting their mistakes & making sure I know that they value me as a customer.read more

I looked online for options to get new rims for my car. Saw the reviews for R&R tire and decided to come down. The young man that helped me ( Nick ) was very helpful and courteous! So I bought 4 new rims. They have an awesome store and will definitely come back.read more

These guys are great. Shop manager Jeremy helped me out beyond belief. Very humble. I woulda been up creek without a paddle if it wasnt for him. Very professional. Did a fantastic job!read more
