I saw the ad for $20 down on rims and tires this morning. Going in Willy helped me pick out tires and was very helpful with the information I needed about my rims. He was polite and respectful. I appreciated all of his help today.
I were very impressed when I walked in the door. I was asked by the manager what was going on with my tire and it was taking care of right away! I was very pleased with the service.
Everyone working at RNR Tire Express was very sweet and welcoming. They fixed our tire quickly and were professional throughout the entire process. My mom and I felt like we were valued as customers and you could tell the employees really put in an effort to make sure clients felt comfortable and appreciated, just by simply walking in.I couldn’t recommend RNR Tire Express enough! Pedro and his team were amazing! They provided excellent service at a great price. I highly recommend them. This is my second time getting tires from RNR, but my first at the Austin location — and it was a great experience.
