Amazing customer service. Came in for alignment and Gordon showed me how bad my tires actually were and that the alignment would be a waste of money. They’re fantastic at communication and made me aware of something’s that needed to be replaced. He got me squared with new tires, all the bells and whistles, and a good payment plan. Since it was going to take awhile I got a complimentary ride to and from the shop so I could wait at home. I really appreciate that they were very respectful of my time. I also love that it’s one of the few businesses (I know of) that openly support our 2nd amendment and instead of having a gun free zone sign they have a gun zone sign! They support you carrying in their business because they care about your safety and they trust you. They also understand the average working American needs tires to get around and need to get around safely and they work with people. I was having a Monday of Monday mornings and they worked with me. Sorry long review but if you’re still here I highly recommend Tire RNR. Once again thank you Tire RNR and especially Gordon for the fantastic experience! Will definitely be back when I need new tires because of it.
