Estevan Trinidad was incredibly kind and polite! 🥲 When he was checking my tires, he introduced himself with a handshake and a smile. You can tell his mom raised a true gentleman! He patiently explained everything to me, and even with my hearing loss, he made sure I understood. He also double-checked the condition of my old tires. As a woman, I often feel anxious going to car shops, but I'm so glad I found this one.I was initially searching online for a place to safely remove the wheel locks from two tires (since I didn't have the keys after the guy from the dealership gave me free winter tires to use). I even have another set of four wheels with nice matte rims (though the tread isn't great since I used them when I purchased my car), and Estevan kindly took a look at their condition too. Overall, this place makes you feel welcome and comfortable!
