Miss Tasha was my account manager at the Russellville location and she was absolutely wonderful I could call down there and tell her hey I need an extension on this week and I'll double up next week and she would always make it happen. She was always polite she give you reminders if you needed them and she got me to the finish line of ownership of not one but two sets of tires for both of my vehicles and a complete set of rims she was absolutely wonderful every time I talk to her. I had a great experience with her as my account manager and I would absolutely recommend her to be somebody else's account manager if you need tires or Wheels. She was always very down to earth easy to talk to if your family was going through something she understood and she would do everything to help you that she possibly could.
Shout out to Jenny and Travis for getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Even took my car in getting there 3 hrs behind appt time. They had everything picked out and went the extra mile not only for me but for my 4 year old as well. Treated us like family will definitely highly recommend this business!!
Had a blowout on our van and went to RnR in Russellville for tires, these guys and girls worked to finish our van on Christmas eve. They closed at 2pm but they worked till around 2:30 to get us back on the road to get home in Flippin Arkansas for Christmas. Can't thank them enough for getting us home to our family.
