I got a flat and on the way to them they sent a worker in there company truck to get me and my flat tire took us to shop got tire put on then back to my car and followed me back to shop making sure I didn't get anymore flats and finished my vehicle.. they went above and beyond for me I'm very thankful.. this was 2 hrs ago and yet again im back and they are super wonderful lo e this place and the ppl...
They make paying for the tires extremely easy and affordable. Also, the customer service is outstanding. And if you miss a payment, they do not harass you, they help you in every way they can. Definitely recommend 👌 👍
Miss Tasha was my account manager at the Russellville location and she was absolutely wonderful I could call down there and tell her hey I need an extension on this week and I'll double up next week and she would always make it happen. She was always polite she give you reminders if you needed them and she got me to the finish line of ownership of not one but two sets of tires for both of my vehicles and a complete set of rims she was absolutely wonderful every time I talk to her. I had a great experience with her as my account manager and I would absolutely recommend her to be somebody else's account manager if you need tires or Wheels. She was always very down to earth easy to talk to if your family was going through something she understood and she would do everything to help you that she possibly could.
