Gary & Gabriel are the best at R&R tires I've had the best experience at R&R Tire Express Gary help me out so much he actually paid my initial down payment for my tires he checked my fuses the ones that was blown he replaced it with no extra charge. I will encourage everybody who wants new tires, friendly customer service and the service member who cares about your car. If you come to R&R Tire Express see Gary he got a bald head in Salisbury North Carolina on Innes Street. When you see him you know your car is in good hands.Now Gabriel takes care of the payments for the tires. ( I forgot to mention that I got four brand new tires) Gabriel is caring he understands your issues if you can't pay all of it at once he will give you a little more time he's the best as well. I am so glad I came to R&R Tire Express!
I simply went onto the website and filled out the contact form. Gary, an employee, contacted me the next day as I was hoping they would. I was able to get right in, with no wait. They inspected my tires and found that they could be rotated and balanced. They inspected my brakes and rotors and found that I needed both. RNR has a program to where you're able to lease the parts and labor. I had to put an amount down, and they take the rest out, interest free, every week, for six months. This is awesome! I didn't have to come out of pocket with over $800 for everything, right then. I was able to make a down payment, and the rest will be taken out each week for six months, until they are paid off. 12 months/12,000 mile warranty also. They have an awesome tire program as well. Many benefits, including roadside assistance, free flat repair, free rotation and balance for the life of the tire(s), and several more that I can't remember. It's truly an awesome program they have for financing work done to your vehicle, along with the program for tires. I've been a customer of discount tire for over 20 years, but I think I have found a different spot where I'll be going for now on. The employees want to help you, they keep you informed, they care about you, and the employees doing the work are actually working. They're not on their phones or cutting up. They're working to get your car done as soon as possible. Once the work was completed, they took the car on a test drive to make sure all was right. I made my down payment, signed my lease agreement and left. 2 hours total time for a rotation and balance of all tires, brake pads and rotors on all wheels, test drive, and paperwork completed. I was impressed and had a great experience! I will be back for sure! Thank you RNR for providing such a great place for tires, wheels, alignments and brakes! I'll see you again!
