As Midwesteners, we were traveling thru Beaufort, SC at which time there became a repetitive thumping in our car tire. When self inspecting the tire, we quickly found that there was a bolt punctured into the tire. At that point in time, we frantically searched the web for a nearby and reputable tire repair company (based upon customer reviews) ... and to our delight and satisfaction RNR Tire Express was nearby. Upon our arrival late in the work day, we found both the service advisor and the service technician to be welcoming, accommodating, and understanding of our situation as out of state travelers. Although very committed to their scheduled customers, they were able to repair our tire prior to the close of business. And yet today, we remain very grateful for their efforts and highly recommend RNR to others for tire service needs.
Where do it start!!! First off when calling and seeing about purchase new wheels and tires and not knowing what route I wanted to go. The recommendation to come to the shop and see what they had or can order, THAT!! was the best customer recommendation by far. As soon as I got there I informed them of my vision size and look, it was match to a T i mean that with the capital. Everyone in the shop was great, two awesome folks at the front desk well do their very best to find what you are looking for. The manager was also awesome made the right call for size and off set of my wheels. To sum it up, this being my first experience with RNR ever. I will definitely comeback for future business and mechanical assistance.
I stopped by RNR Tires at 599 Robert Smalls Pkwy in Beaufort last month for a custom lug nut I needed and could not find anywhere else in Beaufort, and Bryanna and the others there where amazing and extremely helpful and they happened to have the part in stock that I needed. Kudos to RNR Tires in Beaufort!!
I will definitely be going back again! Those guys are the best! I had a tire that was badly worn on the front of my truck so I was going to borrow my mom's truck but at the last minute my aunt had to have it because her son's truck was down again! So after 2 frantic days of calling around trying to find a match to my tire, which no one even seemed to have the right size, new or used, I luckily called RNR. They didn't have the exact tire but they said that they had a used one the same size and close to the same tread pattern but I was $20 short. They only gave me a discount on the tire but told me to come on over at 4:30 on the evening before I was supposed to leave and had me taken care of and back out the door within 30 minutes. I've changed some tires in my life and had them done for me but I don't remember ever having them done quite that quickly and they said it was a used tire but I know I saw a partial sticker on it before I left. Thank you so much for all your help! I felt much better and safer with a new tire taking that trip to Florida especially since it started snowing just as I was leaving the next day?!!👍👍
