I was driving my daughter‘s Mercedes and could not get the windows to go up so I stopped in to RNR Tire express on Broad River Road came in the door and asked for some help getting the windows back up Eric. ( employee) Was glad to help me he was able to get my windows up in 29° weather so I would not have to be cold in this car for him to take the time and concern to come out and help me is something that I can appreciate and I promise when I need some tires on my car, I will definitely be checking them out. Great people. Always get you right. The free balance and alignment is very helpful. They also cover any damage and tire issues. Pay off early you dont pay much at all.
The gentleman there were so kind and understanding. I was on a time crunch and they sent someone to pick up my tires so I wouldn't have to wait until later in the day for delivery. They informed me I had an oil leak and that my breaks needed changing. They got the job done quickly and got me on my way.
