Where do I start. I've had the best experiences over the past 3 months. I purchased a new set of rims & tires for my son, Eric Leon offered me a cpl nice affordable options for the budget I presented. The Mechanic James Sightler has been for me the star of the show. He worked hard to ensure that my son received the appropriate locks n lugs for his truck. FF to my son purchasing a used set of tires and rims for me as an early BDay gift. We determine that one of the tires were bad, and of course, from time to time, that happens. However, while conducting a "ride along" to confirm concerns on the tire, James identified a slight issue with my brakes. He knew exactly what was wrong and advised me of the other viable services that R & R provides. I am going to fire Jiffy Lube and from now on R N R will handle all my mechanical needs, and the needs of those that I as a small business owner will come into contact with. James taught us that this place does more than just sell rims and tires, they are a full service mechanic shop!! I am now a Fan. I have to also shout-out Mr. Kendrick whose assisted us with balance and rotation work on our vehicle's. The whole team has offered a pleasant experience including "Luca" the dog!!
The whole crew at RNR Broad River are first class, this is my second set of wheels & tires and I was completely satisfied both times. Will recommend them to anyone.
