I had messed up my tire and wheel on Friday night and had my truck towed in on a busy Saturday, the staff at the front while extremely busy still made time to answer all my questions and was friendly about everything the whole time and managed to get me set up to have my tires put on. The techs stayed late after closing to make sure everything was put on so I can make it to work next week. The wheels and tires look great and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this place if you need wheels or tires
I wish I’d known you needed an appointment ahead of time — I got there around 9, went in about 9:30, and didn’t leave until after 2. But honestly, it was still a great experience! Everyone at R&R Tire Express was super nice, helpful, and kept things upbeat.They even had the cutest recliner chairs that look like car front seats — such a cool, comfy touch for anyone waiting awhile. And there was a real Italian food truck parked outside (I can’t remember the name, but the food was absolutely fantastic!). I didn’t even have to leave the lot for lunch.By the time I left, my car was aligned, rolling smooth on four brand-new tires, and covered with roadside assistance. Left full, relaxed, and road-ready. Totally worth the wait! 🚗🍝🛞
