Came in early afternoon on a Saturday expecting to wait a couple hours at least for a tire replacement and install. I was there approximately an hour and a half. The owner was friendly, personable, and very customer service oriented. He was apologetic for the wait, which I expected to be longer. I purchased my rims and tires from them about a year and a half ago. Staff was very knowledgeable throughout the process. I’ve continued to come to have my tires balanced and rotated. And they always answer any questions I have about my lift, or any other maintenance questions. Never to busy to answer questions.
