I highly recommend this company for all your tire needs if you are like us who needed a payment plan, and could not out right buy your tires. Mike was great communicating with me about pricing and if we would be approved for their payment plans. We had to file bankruptcy last year, so we knew not many places would be willing to help us even though the circumstances of why we had to file was not because we didn’t pay our bills. In today’s world it is hard to make ends meet then having to pay $600 at one time is not feasible. When we got to the Knoxville store Lewis got right on getting us taken care of. We got there at 1:15pm and was out of there at 3pm. Alison was a pleasure to work with as well. She told us upfront about payments and how if we just make the min payment that it would be double almost. We were given a really low payment of $24 a week, but we are gonna make higher payment as much as we can so we can pay it off quicker so we are not paying more than the $585. They truly are a blessing to us because our tires were shot with no tread left and one had two plugs and another had one plug in it also. We were desperately needing tires and they made that possible for us. Plus you get lifetime alignments for the life of the tires. It comes with road hazard replacement for a $20 deductible if they can’t fix it and needs replaced. They also have roadside assistance program outlined in the photo attached to the review. They are amazing people and a blessing to work with. We are thankful to have done business with them.
