Needing a tire patched, called and spoke to John told me to bring my vehicle in and they'd take a look. Arrived 5 minutes later was greeted by John and Conner very friendly and welcoming. John came out and looked at my tire within 5 minutes they had my vehicle back fixing the tire. Definitely be my number one spot for new tires and rims! These guys saved my bacon. I was taking a cross country trip from NY to AR. I had a punctured tire and needed immediate repair. Was in and out in half an hour and they didn't even charge me to plug the tire!! Great customer service. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend RNR Tire Express! Today Zack and Brylee (hope the spelling is correct!) helped me to remove a rounded lug nut. They went above and beyond my expectations- that is not an exaggeration! As always - the service was great and totally put my mind at ease. Also, Jon and Izzy have worked with me before. This place is a solid choice. Looked out for the customer rather than the sale and sent me across the tracks so I could continue my 600mile journey home after a flat with the right size tires since mine weren't in stock (not uncommon for sport model Honda accord 235/40/19).I have NEVER left a review even for oil change shops that actually grease your door without asking. Went back after tires got swapped and they asked for a review. They didn't grease my door, they didn't work on my car, can't say your experience will be the same, but it is a solid choice.Edit: if you see Josh's specs transition to shades throw him a compliment :)
