Went in at 5:15pm at there Lamar location, spoke to Willie and he was more then willing to help me out with some tires that I needed really bad, he hooked them up and even told me about the brakes and suspension I didn’t know they offered, definitely coming back to get more services
The store manager Alex was extremely friendly, explained to me exactly what needed to be done, and even told me about another shop that he thought would better suit my needs given my situation, but I stayed at RAW because the other place only took cash. Nonetheless, this shows that he genuinely cares about helping the customer. Did not have to wait long at all, no hassle whatsoever. Everyone was cool and pleasant to chat with. He even answered some of my questions about wheels unrelated to the current reason I was at the store. Highly recommend!
