I thank God for leading me to RNR tires. I drove here from NC a few days ago and did not know my tire had a leak. I went to Walmart because I don't know the area at all. I spent 4.5 hours there only to leave with the same leak. They Jerry rigged my tire with a patch and plug even after I said I'd purchase a new tire. They didn't have any in stock, not their fault. What was their fault, taking almost 5 hours just to say there was nothing they could do. When I got there, there were only two cars ahead of me. I searched for tire shops and decided on this one. Yup, I bypassed Pep Boys and Firestone. Experience is the best teacher. I called on my work break and had an appointment in less than 10 minutes. TJ asked and answered all of my questions and I felt confident coming in there. Meeting TJ was even better. He explained the entire process and benefit of the financing. TJ is passionate about his career and customers and it shows in his knowledge he freely gives. This is the type of guy you want leading others. I wanted to pay it outright but me and tires have a bad relationship. I needed security and this offered me that. On top of that, my tires are new. Like new new. Not old tires that have been sitting and rotting. While we did paperwork, they got me fitted with 4 new tires. They were actually done before i finished signing. For me RNR tires, 10/10 absolutely recommend. Plus side, when I return home, they have an associate store to continue my tire care. YAHTZEEEE!
