Had a screw in my tire and they were able to get me in the same day I called. Josani was helpful and worked hard. Also had a nice wheel/tire selection although that is not what I was there for. Patched the tire pretty quickly. Would recommend.

My experience with this company exceeds all the positive customer service experiences I’ve ever had. By a lot. Where do I even start?On Saturday afternoon, I ran over an object with my 2009 BMW 335i that was in the road, just inside the white line. I had to pull over immediately. I searched for this object and never did find it but it cut into my front passenger OEM wheel like some Shinobi shit for real (see the pictures).We both tried getting me roadside assistance, but it was delayed so much that they’d have never gotten me out there in time. So literally five minutes before they were supposed to close, after - luckily for me - finishing work a big job on a truck, Kyle and a super chill technician came out, unmounted the damaged wheel, mounted a new wheel in its place, and then had me drive to the shop where they mounted the other three wheels and tires. They stayed at least a half hour after closing.I returned on Monday to finish signing the paperwork and also pointed out that the previous owner went against OEM recommendations by mounting 225/40/18s on all four wheels. When it was brought to their attention that the rear wheels needed 255/35/18, despite me having driven on the tires over the past 18 hours, they agreed to swap them out for no additional cost or anything.The day I got the new wheels, I paid 300 down. I have FOUR MONTHS to pay the remaining $1000 for it to be same as cash. Yes, the price skyrockets if you miss that date. Be an adult and budget so you pay it all off in that time. It’s not hard. But they are a rent-to-own company officially, and they will get you if you don’t pay it off in time. But you get 120 days to pay them off and avoid that. So if you don’t, that’s on you.Their damage protection plans and warranties are also crazy good. I should also add that they finance in-house and have the final and only say in whether or not you get financed. So act like an adult, be honest, and tell them how you’ll pay them back. If you show yourself to be a decent person, I’m sure that goes a long way in the approval process.So yeah, like I said, my experience with RNR Tire Express is light-years ahead of anything I’ve experienced from any other business in 44 years on this planet. They literally came out and got me and my car to their shop and mounted the new wheels and tires, going past closing time to do so. And then ordered two new tires for an even swap on the rear wheels.Not the just best wheel and tire shop ever but also the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, hands down.

Josani and Brenda were absolutely amazing. Helped me through the entire process and got me the exact wheels I wanted. They made it a smooth and quick transaction. Will be returning here in the future.

Best tire shop in town, The customer service is always amazing. They’re a great group of people with high energy, I have never had an issue with them.
