Me and my wife had bought tires here years ago, had a great experience. It had been a few years but i came back, my account wasnt active, but they still repaired my tire at no cost. They had told me 5 hours at Discount tire. Super cool guys, Charles helped me out l, great customer service and attitude.
I came for a flat tire, and the personnel was very friendly and professional. They took care of my flat tire right away!!! Also, I was not charged for the service!!!
We live 2.5hrs away, but my wife discovered a screw in her tire late in the day this past Saturday in Lubbock. The front desk employee from RNR looked at it and honestly recommended we take it to a competitor to make sure it was repaired that evening (the backlog of work at RNR would’ve prevented them from repairing her tire before closing). Hopefully we won’t need a new tire or repair again soon, but if we do, I’d love to give this place my business!
5 stars is not enough for how we were treated ar rnr!!I went in to get a tire fixed that kept going down. As time permitted,, I realized I needed the tires rotated.. then had a valve stem we couldn't get the cap off..Long story medium,, they did all this and kept us updated on their progress..When it was finished..there was no charge since I was first time customer..Jonah is the general manager and I couldn't have ask anyone to be more helpful and accommodating..I highly recommend rare for all your tire needs.I will definitely be going back if I have a problem..Thanks Jonah and your employees..
