I was in desperate need of tires but couldn't afford to buy outright and discount tire denyed me, so my dad recommended these guy, and I knew I should have wrote this review immediately because I have since forgotten the gentlemans name that was extremely friendly and helpful, even though he was pretty much the only person at the front counter in the south university store between 82nd and 98th, on 2/17/25, and aside from that gentleman I was also really pleased with the service and payment options given to me as well as the additional benefits provided with the service package, in the end I feel like I left there more pleased than if I would have gotten approved at discount tire...Oh though I feel I must mention the loan advisor (or whoever he was I don't remember exactly) called the gentleman at the desk and asked to speak to me if I was still there, I agreed and while that guy wasn't yelling or anything he was being really aggressive like I get it if I don't pay, you repo, but I also was paying more up front to push the first payment to when I knew I'd have it so there was no need to make me feel like some bum you assume will never pay, that guy was certainly the only bad part of my experience but he was off putting enough that if the gentleman at the desk wasn't so nice and helpful or if I had been in a different mood or felt like I had other options I may have cancelled my transaction then and there
