Great customer service from Cass and Eddie. Very friendly and informative. Had a good time, listening to music and some light karaoke while we waited on our new tires. They worked out a payment plan with us and got us back road worthy in no time at all. We will definitely be coming back.Edit: And we did, to address an issue with the car pulling which ended up being an existing Issue that they helped me find and gave advice on what to do about it. I didn't mention everyone but the whole crew both in the office area and in the bays are awesome. Never felt more like family at any business.
I didn't think I could ever go back to discount tire after my experience with RNR tire Express in Tyler. From the minute I called them, until we left with a new set, it felt like running into family you haven't seen in a while. Everyone was so friendly, and helpful. Cass is amazing and so sweet, Mr. Rose is funny, and Kendall is a ball of joy. The whole team works hard and fast to get you in and out.
