While on a roadtrip driving to Lake Michigan on I-96 I had a front tire blowout at 72mph in my Ford Focus. After putting the donut tire on and driving 145 miles back home (Im surprised the donut tire lasted so long btw) i started calling so many tire shops but they were either outside of my budget or didnt have same day availability I stumbled upon RNR Tires, when I called I asked what their pricing was like on new tires (I seen other reviews showing how reliable they were and about their flexibility), I was surprised to find out that they offer in-house payment plans that included a 4 month plan without any interest, I was skeptical at first but my Salesman/Verifying Tech Fredo explained everything to me very precisely, completely removing the doubt I once had. I came in an hour and a half before closing and while they had other cars they were working on as well, they were very quick and got me out of the door around closing time and let me keep the tires I had with good tread and even saved me more money than I thought. There is a down payment but I only had to pay $50 for the down payment which they matched to total $100 that goes towards the tires. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, for the retorque and to fix my alignment. Their warranty is amazing (obviously depending on the tires) but mine is for up to 60k miles. I will definitely be coming back here for some rims when I get the tires paid off and the bodywork done to my car (road rager pit maneuvered me across multiple lanes of traffic). My technician John Comes did an amazing job and alerted me that one of my 2 tires that still had good tread had a nail inside (im assuming that the front tire blew out due to driving over a nail and I forgot to rotate my tires awhile ago) i want to give another shoutout to Alfredo Ybarra for being so reasonable and explanatory towards me. I asked many questions which he answered immediately—he really knows his stuff. I can’t wait to do more business with this company moving forward as I used to be a loyal Belle Tire customer but they denied my roadside hazard claim even though I paid extra for it. Never going back to Belle Tire and will always be coming to RNR from here on out. If you have the cash and would rather not go on a payment plan you can do that as well but we all know our current economy is overwhelming so the fact that there isnt any interest as long as you pay it off in 4 months instead of the 18 month plan is completely relieving to me. They have autopay so you wont have to worry about missing a payment and they even offer a grace period at this specific location as long as you have strong communication with them(not that I’ll be needing the grace period anyway) but still worth mentioning. I cannot thank Fredo enough for explaining how the complete payment process goes without confusion and answering every question I had without any frustration whatsoever (Belle Tire employees always got irritable with me anytime I asked questions). Goodbye Belle Tire, Hello RNR! Hope to see this company flourish more than it already is and the potential expansion in their near future!

Service was great! While being a little understaffed they still got my car done in a reasonable time. They don't try to upsell you and they tell you like it is, they try and help where they can. Highly recommend for cheaper but still a quality service!

Came in after having some car shaking issues. Wasn't sure what the issue was and needed to figure out what my next steps were. The crew at the shop got me in as soon as possible and did their inspections. They let me know what was wrong and offered several options, all much more affordable than what I expected.
