My son and I both have got tires for our jeeps here.Everyone working here treated us very good I definitely give them a 5 star and recommend using them if you need new tires or rims .

Lets me start this review by saying I have a highly modified Dodge Durango Hellcat that is my pride and joy.My story started when I bought new 305/35ZR20 tires and rims for my Durango. I brought them to 3 different shops to have them balanced and no one could get it done properly, they always had a "bounce" to them everyone said was inevitable with the size of my wheels and tires. Well on my 4th try I brought it to R&R Tire on Holland Sylvania in Ohio. When I walked in I was greeted by Scott Reside. He was incredibly nice, cheerful and because I just walked in with no appointment, he mad an exception for me and got me in withing 15 minutes (I had to leave to come back home to Florida).He turned by truck over to Lloyd Jones who was my tech., and I am Super happy with what he did to take care of my truck, make sure it as done properly and again with the care, it was amazing. They took care of my truck as if it were their own. Amazing!!When the work was done maybe 30 - 45 mins later it was perfect. I drove it down the street and back and the tire balance was PERFECT. They did what 3 other major shops couldn't do. R&R Tire on Holland Sylvania is the best tire shop I have ever been too. But its not the equipment they have that makes them so special, it is the fact the people there are very skilled, they have a a personal interest in doing the VERY best job. There is no "It's good enough" attitude there. They do it right!I want to personally thank the manager Kyle Ruhl, The sales rep Scott Reside and my technician Lloyd Jones for making my trip back home to Florida a very, smooooth drive!!Thank you again for your skill, kindness and understanding Guys! You are the best!!!
I can't say enough good things about Fredo, Kyle and Lloyd. They were knowledgeable, explained how the promotion worked, were lightening fast and thorough!! I'm glad I made the impromptu visit, it was completely worth it!!!
