Even though I didn't end up purchasing tires from them, Britney and her team still went above and beyond to help me with the installation of my newly powder-coated wheels.After dealing with a previous company that did a poor job on my 20-inch Vossen wheels, I was relieved to find a team that truly cares about quality and customer service. They treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in and made sure everything was installed correctly and looked perfect.It's rare to find a business that is willing to help and provide top-notch service even when you didn't purchase everything directly from them. Britney and the crew really came through for me, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. This is a great tire shop, they installed my tires in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Nothing but professionalism through the whole process. They will be my go to tire shop in Tucson. 04.23.26: BEYOND ABOVE AND BEYOND! Extraordinary service. Justin and the entire staff are exceptional. On day 1 they sent a wonderful guy out to my house and he spent over an hour getting my car running, put tge emergency tire on and thus I was able to get my car to them. Because buying tires from them includes roadside assistance I an able to get it towed tomorrow. And beyond that they are sending someone out to me tomorrow to pick up the keys so that I won't have to hire an Uber or Lyft to get them there. They offer the best plans for the best tires. absolutely a great company they help me today I actually was stress I had a screw and my back tire of my Kia 2011 and Brittany and Chris who is the vice president to the company I called them cuz I went to other companies they were closed one didn't have my tires I had this air leaking out of my back tire I was crying I was stressed out been out of work cuz I had an accident I fraction my ankle they help me they're just a great awesome company they actually put me on a program to pay every two weeks I don't go back to work until May and they were very understandable what a absolutely great company if you ever need tires please I recommend you at the RNR company
