Matt the manager took care of me like no other place I've been before. The shop was so busy that he went right out to the shop to help the guys get cars done quickly. Stopped by to get my tire repaired and was greeted immediately and was taken care of right away. Was impressed with their customer service so while i waited, i asked for a quote for 4 new tires. Barbra was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Good people.read more

All I have to say is.....AMAZING! This was my first visit to RNR. Their parking lot was easy to access and was very clean. Walking in was greeted by a staff member, who was extremely friendly. Asked if I could leave the car and they had no issue. They called within an hour to inform me my car was ready for pickup. SHOCKED not only by how fast they got it done, but also they actually followed thru to contact me. I've been to several tire shops and have NEVER been done within an hour. Im NEVER using a different tire shop other than RNR. You get treated as a human vs a number and will recommend this business to anyone I run intoread more

For a Saturday, I was very appreciative of RNR. I had 2 tires with nails in them, and was turned down by 3 tire shops due to too many customers. Asked RNR if there was any way they could fit me in, was stunned that they said, absolutely ma'am. I chose to wait for my car, and have to say, they have one of the most sanitary lobby of any tire shop I've been to. Large TV is in the lobby and shows real TV vs an advertising thing for the store. I'm never going to discount tire again. They were able to patch both my tires, and didn't upsell me. THANK YOU RNR! ALL MY FRIENDS WILL SOON KNOW HOW GREAT YOU ARE!!!read more
