I had an emergency situation and needed tires for my car fast! I called and talked to Star and she got my tires ordered and installed. It also came with a free alignment, 1 year of road side assistance, tire rotation and road damage warranty and set me up with a very affordable payment plan. Chris, star, and keshia delivered stellar service and customer satisfaction was received. All were pleasant to deal with and very helpful and they were genuine in their nature and the help that I received and the assistance that they provided me with today. Chris blessed me and for that he shall be receiving blessing himself. I called needing a tire to doordash as that is my livelihood and I need my vehicle but my tire was showing steal radial belt and if I drove it any more or further I was pending a major blowout which would have caused an accident and possible injury to myself or others out there on the road. They were very busy today in the shop is only open till 3:00 p.m. on Saturday but as per my story and as per my need for a tire too pursue my livelihood and to carry out my livelihood Mr Chris at the front desk blessed me and took the time to listen to me and hear me and hear what he listened to and he felt for me and my situation and therefore blessings were received upon his behalf and I am forever indebted to the kind man and service that I received from him today he was gracious enough to fit me in in the allotted time that they had they remaining 3 hours of their business day in which they were already over booked and beyond capacity for the time remaining in today's business day. He listened to me he heard me and he saw me as if it were him and as if he were in dire straits as I was today prior to seeing him and r&r tire Express. You're doing what you're supposed to be doing and you're doing a great job at it, Chris. Keep doing what you're doing. Keep doing what you're doing. Not only did I received stellar service today from and through these wonderful great people I walked away with a safe tire and new tire and three new friends. I would definitely be back they are my new tire aficionados and I won't go anywhere else after coming here and I recommend high their services and business to anyone that wants or needs their services.
