On our way to a shopping trip Mid highway ended up with a flat tire after attempting to fix it ourselves. We figured we needed more help so we stopped in at RNR, They got us in right away, showed us what the problem was and fixed us within 20 minutes. Super friendly staff would highly recommend them
Best customer service I had an a while!!! From the time I call and talk to Ms Angela(if I said it right) sweetest lady on the phone an and person. From me walking in and Jackson calling me by my first name like I am already a customer. I felt I was part of R&R family already. Chris and Jackson help me with everything I needed offered me coffee and my wait wasn’t very long. Going through all the paperwork Jackson aloud me to asked any questions I had. Oh trust and I did about 17 and not one time did I felt he got mad but thank you RNR for putting me on the road with new tires.. I ll be back for my alignment when the door get fixed. The most professional honest nice people I have ever had put tires on my car. The manager Chris explained everything thoroughly and took time out of his day to help me since I have never done this before. They provide lots of amenities with their service as well. Road side assistance and hazard insurance for the buyer. Can’t say enough good things about this location.
