On april 18,2026 i spent $500.00 on rims an tires. I was sent out the door just to learn it felt like my car was falling apart i immediatly took car back just to learn the studs are too short today april 25,2026 makes a week that im still waiting for parts to come in. I also want to add the center peace to one rim was lost because it wasnt put on proper which it was replaced (thank you) tht part came with in few days but the studs take over a week if i missed a payment they would be quick to take the rims back. I feel this contract has been broke and im to the point i just want refund. ITS NOW MAY 21 2026 my new rims came just to learn tht a part for center hub wasn't ordered now I half wait even longer plus one of the new rims was placed on a stack of boxes and the top box didn't have a rim in it and the rim fell to the floor and the new rim has marks all over it IF THESE MARKS DONT BUFF OUT I DONT WANT THESE RIMS when do u say enough is enough I want to speak with someone in charge ive had nothing but problems. UPDATE June 5th This has been quite a struggle trying to get the right bolt pattern for my car but RNR came through. Jacob is awesome he went above an beyond he knows wht he's talkin about thank you for not just brushing me off he deserves a raise something an I also want recognize Jessica I believe is her name for everything she even drove to muncie to get rims tht I changed my mind on we finally agreed on set rims she got the marks buffed out from when it fell on floor thank you plus I was given a gas card for all my troubles just be patient if something isn't right they will honor the contract u sign.

Super cool customer service before you buy anything, but once buy something they suck. I went in on 2 different Saturdays to get service done just to get told I needed to make an appointment because they were booked. They had 2 people in the waiting room both times. And when I finally got in they took my lock nut socket and when I called to tell them they did nothing. I had to buy my own from another tire shop. I won’t be back
