I came in to get my tires replaced, and was greeted by Daniel Sax! He was very nice and made sure all my needs were met. I told him i didn't know much about cars, and he was so thorough with explaining what they'd be doing. However, throughout my visit at this location, 2 seperate customers came in and interrupted him trying to help me and were so senselessly rude to Daniel. I watched Daniel try to explain to the store manager, Dusty, what happened in the altercation and the issue the customer was having. Myself, and the customer that was being "helped" by dusty sat and watched as Dusty completely ignored Daniel. This was my first experience in RNR, and to see the store manager treat this employee this way was so infuriating. Despite all of this negativity, Daniel helped me with a smile on his face, and made sure i left with all my problems solved. If you ever go to RNR I suggest requesting to speak with Daniel :)
