Not only did they accommodate our needs they did everything in their power to make sure we were able to get the tires we needed and changed out to be able to pick up our kids by the end of the day. It’s no easy task getting tires for BMW and the cost can be enough to give you a heart attack! Chris M, how are you going to complain about the tires and service. It's obvious you curbed the crap out of that tire and rim. Unfortunately, no business can account for stupidity. How about calling and saying I'm an idiot, I curbed the wheel and messed up my tire. Can you help me? That might be better than blaming them for your obvious screw up. Jesus, some people just need to be honest and stop being stupid. Can you do that, Chris? I'm sure they would have helped you out.
