When I walk through the door, a very nice guy by the name of Christian was able to help me and explain to me the process of everything. He was very patient with me as we looked through the catalog of what they had to fit on my car. He signed me up, which was an easy process. He informed me about the payment option plan. He was very knowledgeable on the whole process itself. My car looks very nice and they have a loyal customer from now on!

I had to get an alignment done on my 1981 Jeep CJ7. The equipment at the shop I have used in the past does not work for cars that old. They recommended that I call RNR. RNR had the right equipment and an experienced team to complete the alignment! On the first attempt some of the components were seized up. I had to replace a couple of parts and went back, and they got it aligned perfectly at no extra charge! They kept me informed throughout the process. A great team to work with who values the customer experience. I would highly recommend them.
