I had a screw or nail in my tire and took my car to RAnd R on 4/10/25 for repair they said that they was busy and only had one technician working But they worked me in fairly quickly and fixed the tire and I was back on the road.. Keaton was fantastic! I felt like he treated my daughter like he would treat his own daughter. My daughter had a flat and was very upset. He was extremely kind, patient and helpful, did not try to price gouge her. He was honest and patient when I called. He was respectful to me when I arrived and got us fixed up and on our way. Getting tires can be a pain for some, but working with Keaton has made it 100x easier deciding what I need for the amount of traveling I do!! Will be back to continue business with Keaton.
Great customer service. I'm looking forward to purchasing my new tires from RNR. Largely in part to Keaton that works in sales. Now that it's winter season, I really need new tread. Thanks again for all your help
