I'm a returning customer since 2021, my first purchase was a set of wheels for my 1999 Silverado which I was very pleased with. This time around I purchased tires for my Forester. I've had this vehicle for almost 7 months total, as of the 11th. It looks reasonable, (being the 2nd owner) and runs great. Even better than great with new tires. I just recently replaced lower control arms and sway bar links, A Must Do. After an alignment, new tires were in order. I felt that a different ride would meet my needs. In my opinion, not all SUVs have to have all-terrain tires, so I considered all-season or touring. I had an appointment for 4pm, maybe I should've took the 3pm instead, it didn't matter, I wasn't in a hurry that evening. When I arrived, I was greeted with enthusiasm. The sales rep who assisted me seemed happy to help me out. He gave me several options of tire brands and prices, once I made my choice, the paperwork began. It wasn't alot, but enough. Around 6ish or so when they brought my vehicle in, it took little time to install. The manager was even nice enough to throw in the tpms to eliminate that pesky light. (I'd settle for the battery being replaced) But thanks for the gesture. The guys in the shop sounded like they were having way too much fun, it was like a 3 on 1 bought, way to go fellas. After the installations were done my vehicle was brought out, one of the technicians made mention of a popping noise underneath, wasn't a major factor, just need to retighten a bolt or nut. Vehicle is safe to drive. And speaking of drive, the drive home was a smooth one, could barely hear the tires rolling, what a difference treadwear makes. Now after some small details taken care of, can eventually do some cross-state if not cross-country driving. THANK YOU R&R TEAM👍

I went in originally for a balance, rotation, and alignment as my car desperately needed them. Upon inspection of my car they saw what I already knew, that I needed new tires as well. I didn't think I was in a position to purchase new tires but their 5 month same as cash payment options were right up my alley. I got all new tires with an alignment for a great price at a down payment I could afford. They were quick and courteous and got me in and out in under 2 hours.
