Got in same day as an approaching snow storm. The approval process was extremely easy and they literally got me in and out. Great service all across the board.
We all know how Memphis roads are and I was in dire need of a new set of wheels and tires. I actually found RNR on TikTok from another person page!! From another part of Tennessee!!! I look to see if we had one in Memphis, so I called to see if they could help me. It was the best decision I could’ve made. I had the best experience dealing with RNR Tire Express on Covington Pike. I dealt with the salesman Jean for the most part on what would be best for my car & his customer service was honest & remarkable from the beginning to the end. Although I must say the entire staff there was excellent nothing but smiles, laugh, and again great customer service they explained everything from A-to-Z. I’m super satisfied with my service. I will be referring all my friends and family or anybody I just happen to hear talking about how they need wheels and tires.
