I could not speak more highly of the staff at RNR in Ocala. Mr Gil was the gentleman at the front counter that assisted me in getting the proper tires and getting rims for my car. He understood my budget and worked with me within my budget to not only get the tires and rims that I wanted, But at a price that was beneficial to myself and the company. I must also commend the guys in the back, Julio, Billy, Dan, and Jasen. They do so much more than simply put tires or rims on a car. The detail that they took and the pride that they took in completing the job should be commended. I bought tires and rims at a different place in Orlando and knew something was not right with the car when I took it to RNR they were able to see exactly what was wrong and not only corrected it but took a great care in explaining everything and making sure everything was right. To the manager who works with these five guys they truly work as a team And care about the customer. The guys in the back work on so many cars and they take the time to do it right, so sometimes it seems like it takes a little while, but it’s well worth it for the effort and the work that they do.

The manager Ryan and ALL the staff were so nice and personable. I had an issue with tire going flat thought it was rim. I had new tires and paid for new valve stems since it was 2006 car. Found out they charged but didn't put new valve stems. Had the 2nd place put in all new and paid. Found out they didn't put new in either. RNR checked THE TIRE I HAD ISSUES WITH WAS BECAUSE OF A BAD VALVE STEM. They replaced with new stem and didn't charge for their time or the stem. And yes they actually did replace it! Trust earned. I recommend you skip the other guys and go to RNR first they will get all my future business
