Best tire shop I've been to Ocala I've been to Bob's tires and a couple other tire shops they never told me what this tire shop help me with really good service

Shout out to Billy! Another shop put the wrong socket and seized itself to my rim! Billy was able to work hard and got the socket out and replaced all the lugs on my jeep as well! The shop guys are life savers!

Special thanks to Jennifer in RNR Leesburg location & her team for their outstanding front end service and overall operations which also referred me to Ryan A. the regional manager whom I needed to speak to in regards to ongoing difficulties at the Ocala location. I've been a loyal customer for years and ran multiple times into issues after getting alignments at RNR in the past as they weren't done correctly made me to go back to get it fixed, something as simple as a crooked steering wheel but no success. I think their equipment works fine but techs refused to focus on the problem and had me go back home like everything was fine. Ryan A. provided an exceptional resolution not only by taking care of the problem but showing his exceptional character. He has a great personality, he was kind and professional. Ryan A. cares about his customers and represents the company strong values with highest quality of service overall. My suggestions for you techs out there if you ever come across this Google review...please, don't let upper management deal with your issues and basic things you can do, they're already very busy! You may not like a customer in particular or the vehicle they drive but don't take it personal and do your job right. You techs have NO idea how much of a positive impact you can make in a customer's life when providing tire service. I know you guys also have reasons to be stressed out, but you work for the best Tire service company, don't let your skills and experience fall short of it. Be honest and kind to your customers. Don't ignore their concerns as this will only make things worse, specially if they are specific about something. No one likes to be called out and no one likes to drive with a crooked steering wheel (regardless of severity). Toe adjustments are very important, don't just turn the steering wheel to make it look centered when the vehicle is still. Follow by example, take pride in what you do (safety & quality). Learn from the tools and resources management has to offer! If you are SUPER experienced then be humble about it and take advantage of it. Every customer matters, even the ones like myself. Getting promoted is not the only reward you can get.

Service on my tires was fast and efficient. The staff is knowledgeable and took time to explain! Julio is an asset to the establishment. I will definitely return to purchase tires for my other vehicles.
