For transparency I am not a customer yet but...I stopped to help a motorist whose wheel had broken free of the studs, stranding them in the middle of Merle Hay Rd. We couldn't push the car out of the way as it planted itself on the detached wheel. A gentleman pulled over and asked what had happened, took a look at the damage, then said to hang tight as he went to get supplies. About 5 minutes later, he is back with a jack and lug nuts working to get the wheel back on so the vehicle can be safely moved.Turns out that person was the manager for RNR tire about 1.2 mile up the road coming back from a break. Tools were from the shop. No charge to the motorist and got them out of the way with a little help and very pleasant. As I wrote above, I am not a customer yet but the next time I have an issue with tires I will be sure to call on them. Good customer service is one thing but good civic service is definitely above and beyond.
