I was in Des Moines this past Saturday at a softball tournament. My tire pressure suddenly dropped. I stopped by three places that told me I needed to have an appointment. I mean.... Who plans on having a flat tire? I called RNR and they said bring it in we'll get you taken care of. They worked expeditiously to get me back to the softball tournament and to my surprise...... They didn't charge me to fix it. I want to personally thank this location and their extraordinary kindness! I wish they were in Bloomington, IL so I could be a forever customer!
Wonderful business and great group of employees. I went in to replace all4 tires expecting about a $1200-1300 bill. Came out with 4 new tire and an alignment for, I kid you not, $750 plus tax! I definitely will be bringing my Winebago here for 6 new tires!!!
