I can't say enough about RNR Tire Express of Cape Girardeau!I've been a customer of many different tire shops over the years, from small independents to larger chains like Plaza, Belle, Goodyear and Discount Tires. But RNR is as good and professional as they come!I walked in, on a Monday morning, to their (very conveniently-located) Cape Girardeau location. I immediately noticed a super-cool shop interior that was all about TIRES. Super clean, modern-looking. Lots of really cool RIMS/WHEELS.The Sales team all wore nice-looking professional uniforms and one was out in the front parking area helping another customer as I drove up.All I needed was help with a rider mower rear tire (that wouldn't inflate). After returning less than 1 hour later from a meeting, the tire was inflated and ready-to-go."What do I owe you?" I asked.But they wouldn't accept any payment for a 'courtesy job' such as this.I told them "you've got my business, from now on!"And I mentioned that I would submit this Google Review.All I can say is that a shop with this level of professionality and friendliness deserves not only MY future business, but also that of anyone out there reading this review.RNR Tire Express of Cape Girardeau is the place to go for tires, cool wheels/rims and other automotive services. Had a great experience with Luke! He was very pleasant and explained everything to me. He went up and above making me feel like I was important and spent time explaining what would be my best choice in the tires that I purchased. All of the employees very friendly and were willing to do whatever was necessary to get my new tires on By the way I really like my tires I get free alignments and if anything happens on the road to them they take care of you!
