If your rental tires and/or rental wheels are lost, destroyed or cannot be repaired, you will be offered the opportunity to rent similar and like kind merchandise at a discounted rental term equal to the amount remaining on your original rental agreement(s).

If your rental wheel(s) and/or rental tire(s) are lost, destroyed or cannot be repaired you will be allowed to rent like kind replacement product at the same rental rate and your rental payment(s) will be waived equal to the amount paid on your original agreement so that your remaining term is equal to that which remained on the original agreement.
